The False Truth

This sentence has seven words.
This sentence does not have seven words.

The Paradox of truth.
What is truth?

The Truth can only be absolute

There are hundreds of ways to steal, and dozens of excuses for stealing, but only one way and one law of integrity. And that law says "You shall not steal." Never. In any way. From any one.

We can extrapolate this to every law and command.
I doubt we can ever achieve this absolute.

Psalm 85:
10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
11 Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.

Absolute truth can only be met with mercy.
And on account of that mercy, there is peace.
And we are attributed with righteousness.

Survey and Simplification

Survey are a gauge of sorts, representing features or characterizations of the whole.
A sample surveyed is said to represent the population from which the sample was derived.
Apparently three out of four people make up 75 percent of the population.!

Between the Idiot and the Maniac

‘‘Have you ever noticed, in traffic, anybody going slower than
you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?’’
Our driving skills lie at either one extreme: the idiot or the maniac.
Is it probable to be sane and somewhere in between? Not in India.
